Field Service Engineer  (Fresh Graduate) Location Wuxi

 

Responsibilities:

 

Be responsible for quality machine installation and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems. Analytical troubleshooting of technical problems to component level. Performs complete installation /relocation start-up/maintenance services, technical reporting. Extended interface with Lam customers. Trains customer’s personnel as necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

·         University degree or equivalent, major in Electronic Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering related.

·         Fluency in writing /oral English experience.

·         Good team player, willing to assume hard work.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

(Overseas Training in US will be provided for this Engineering position)

 

Field process Engineer (Fresh Graduate)  Location: Wuxi

Responsibilities:

Responsible for completion of process support and installation of new plasma etch and deposition systems at customer sites.  This will include evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems. Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution. Will develop processes for new applications at customer sites on existing Lam equipment. Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyst results and provide recommendation for new and previously installed Lam equipment. Strong customer and inter-organizational skills are required

 

Requirements

·         Master degree or equivalent, major in Chemistry/ Physics/ material science related.

·         Fluency in writing /oral English experience.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Travel is required.
