Graduate Trainee Program of DB PBC China

With the launch of PBC business and vision of DB business in Mainland
China, it is foreseen that there will be an increasing need of capable
business ‘Bellwether’ and middle management for supporting and
accelerating the rapid business growth and aggressive geography expansion
in next 3 to 8 years.

Within one-year trainee program, each graduate trainee will be rotated to
at least three business and functional departments e.g. Private Bank,
Business Banking or Operations. At the same time, each graduate trainee
will be provided various kinds of trainings to improve working
effectiveness and efficiency, e.g. Business Professional and Qualification,
Communication and Presentation Skill, Business Writing, Objective
Management and Problem Solving Skill. Besides, each graduate trainee is
subject to one-to-one Mentor program, which can help graduate trainees
adjust smoothly to organization and culture and assist graduate trainees to
solve various problems met.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree or above from top universities with the major of
Finance, International Trade, Marketing is plus.

- Strong career interest of sales build up and business development.

- Related internship experiences and social activities are preferred.

- Highly intelligent and numerical with strong interpersonal communication
skills.

- Team player with passion and dedication.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

- Passion to grow and develop future career with DB and PBC business.
