POSITION: Sourcing Engineer
LOCATION: Shanghai
I. Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for new supplier search and promote potential suppliers with good
delivery, cost and quality.
Drive Cost Reduction activities to meet targets, report and track them to clos
ure.
Lead the supplier qualification to continuously drive the supplier improvement
and development.
Manage the supplier relationship, lead the contract and price negotiation.
Continuously monitor supplier performance and deal with the supplier transitio
n, escalations and claims.
II. Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Mechanical or Material or related science.
Good communication Skill.
Fluency in English and Chinese (verbally and in written)

POSITION: Manufacturing Engineer (Quality)
LOCATION: Shanghai
Position number: 1

I. Key Accountabilities:
Establish the EMS quality control system, including quality regular report, qu
ality yield control, quality claim tracking system
EMS supplier manufacturing process evaluation and optimization.
Lean production enabling to EMS partners.
Six sigma project management.
Customer quality claim process coordinate and track to closure
To-supplier quality claim process coordinate and track to closure.
II. Qualifications
BS or MS degree with engineering/electrical technical background.
Good communication Skill.
Fluency in English and Chinese (verbally and in written)

POSITION: Procurement Engineer - Power
LOCATION: Shanghai

I. Key Accountabilities:
&#8226; As a member of large team, person must pro-actively cooperate with R&D
, Sourcing teams, EMS teams and other cross-functional teams to do Power compo
nent management, testing and qualification.
&#8226; Provide Power component engineering support to drive the AC/DC, DC/DC
and battery qualification for better cost, delivery and equal/better quality.

&#8226; Determine the quality risk based on proposed part substitutions and su
pport field issues analysis from the component engineering view.
&#8226; Work with cross-functional team to approve low risk Power and Battery
substitutions.
&#8226; Partner with core R&D for high risk substitution.
&#8226; Support sourcing team to do supplier assessment and Promotion.
&#8226; Responsible to drive supplier technical development and improvement.

&#8226; Team with R&D and PM to do technical support for external design activ
ities as needed.

II. Qualifications
&#8226; BS, MS degree in Electrical or related science.
&#8226; Willingness to travel when required
&#8226; Good communication Skill.
&#8226; Fluency in English and Chinese (verbally and in written)
