Job Position
Administrative Assistant


Job Describe
This is a full time job in an Asia Steal and Metal Trading Rep Office with
fully American Environment. You will speak in English in most of the time.
You will work independently.  There are large varieties of works for you to
learn and to do. The office location is in downtown.


Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative supports to the Manager.
- Accounting Part of work such as Quick Book, people in accounting major
will be an advantage.
- Assist and support trading procedures including some document work.



Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, Accounting or International Trading major is preferred
- Should be proficient in English (CET6 or above) and Mandarin with good
communication skills
- Hands on experience in word, excel and e-mail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work with diversified group
of people
- Pleasant appearance and personality
- Mature, helpful, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
- Work experience is preferable
