Product Planning Trainee

Job Description:
1、Product strategy development, product planning and the associated studies
2、Involvement in early development of vehicle programs from product planning perspective
3、Vehicle and Powertrain planning and related competitive analysis
4、Market study and analysis support
Qualification Requirement:
1、Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

Accounting Trainee

This function is to perform payable and receivable process, fixed assets control, build-up vehicle sales accounting, provide accounting service for Ford affiliates in China and prepare finance report.
Job Description:
1、Accounts Payable: process invoices for payment, prepare monthly JE, account reconciliations of payable accounts, follow-up with suppliers, Ford Purchasing and other departments regarding invoice approval
2、Travel Expense Report auditing: verify TER based on Ford China Travel policy and perform accounting process of TER reimbursement
3、Account reconciliations of bank and receivable account to ensure that the accounting records are accurate and managed properly
Qualification Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
2、Understand and enjoy teamwork and that Accounting is a 'service' department
3、Be responsible, adaptable, faithful and motivated to learn new things

Treasury Operations Trainee

Ford China Treasury is a centalized function monitoring Treasury businesses for Ford Motor (China) Ltd and its afflicates and subsidiries in China, including Ford China Beijing Branch, Ford China Nanjing Branch, Volvo National Sales Company, Vovlo Beijing Representative Office and Ford Motor Research & Engineering (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. Ford China Treasury also supports its JV in China on some Treasury matters. Ford China Treasury mainly performs cash managment, risk managment (including FX and interest exposure management), funding and other Treasury operations for above mentioned legal entities.
Job Description:
1、Bank Account Operations for Ford and its Affiliates – Account Opening, Account Closing and Bank Signatory Changes
2、Prepare daily cash flow report for actual expense, forecast, and budget performance
3、Monitor Company's account balances and arrange funds transfer from other accounts to main payment account
4、Initiate Time Deposit transactions and execute OTC transactions with bank for BU payment
6、Facilitate communications with banks and related officials to support treasury's operation needs
7、Monitor bank mandates to ensure proper signatories are on file with Banks
8、Perform Treasury Operations' Annual Sarbanes Oxley Testing
9、Work with others treasury colleagues to get all treasury assignments done and to support operations
Qualification Requirement:
1、Major in Finance or Economy preferred
2、Good English both in oral and written
3、Solid knowledge in Finance and Economy
4、Good computer skills, word, excel and power point, etc.
5、Solid skill in communication, team work and business mindset for serving customers
6、Capability to face challenges and tough situations, and overall execution to deliver results, and to work independently when required
