Carrying an average of 3.4 million passengers every weekday, MTR is regarded as one of the world's leading railways for safety, reliability, customer service and cost efficiency.
The MTR Corporation was established in 1975 as the Mass Transit Railway Corporation with a mission to construct and operate, under prudent commercial principles, an urban metro system to help meet Hong Kong's public transport requirements. The sole shareholder was the Hong Kong Government.

MTR Integrated Leadership Pipeline
Our three-year programme aims at grooming future talents for our mainland business. As a graduate trainee, your exposure will cover functional areas that complement your profile and aspirations.
You may have job rotations in, but not limited to, the following functions:
·Operations
·Property
·Projects
·China & International
·BusinessMarketing
·Corporate Relations
Your first 12-month training will be in Hong Kong, to be followed by a 2-year job rotations in the Mainland. Development modules are diverse and include the following:
·Intensive inductive programme
·On-the-job training
·Classroom training
·Team-building workshop
·Mentoring
·Outward Bound training
·Company visits
·Action Leaning Projects
To Apply:
Recent graduates or final year students in the Mainland in engineering, business and related disciplines with excellent academic results and the following qualities:
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
- Good commercial acumen
- Strong problem solving skills
- Positive mind set and self-motivation
- Innovation
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Willingness to travel and work in any city in China
- Eager to take up new challenges
