1. Image Processing Software Engineer (Job Code: G0901)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for research new image processing algorithm
Develop image processing algorithm by C or C++ programming language
Release fully developed and tested application into products
Deploy developed method to Ricoh's products
Qualifications:
MPhD or Master degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
Must have 2+ years professional experience in high-tech technology research/development with an emphasis in digital image processing or pattern recognition
Proficient in Windows, UNIX, LINUX, C, C++ and software development methods
Excellent oral and written English communication skills required

2. Multimedia Application Developer (Job Code: GG0902)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the research on the new algorithms/new technologies in Multimedia domain, mainly including audio/video encoding/decoding/transcoding, video processing and analysis, multimedia content retrieval, security, and panoramic video, etc.
Design and implement the new algorithms or new technologies with high quality
Qualifications:
Master or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent (PhD is preferred)
2+ years of multimedia related research/development experience in high-tech corporations/academies is a plus
Proficient in C++/Java/Flash programming (strong project experience is a plus)
Excellent team work spirit as well as ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Tracing and research on the hot technologies in information retrieval field
Investigate, research and provide new ideas about enterprise search
Design and implement solution prototype of enterprise search
Develop information retrieval component with high quality
Qualifications:
Master or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Deep research on information retrieval field; have paper publications on core journals
Knowledge and experience of search engine is a plus
Be familiar with document parsing and security management
Be familiar with design patterns and UML

Qualifications:
