Air Liquide started to be present in China in early 20th century, and returned in the seventies by supplying air separation plants. In 1990, Air Liquide started to set up gas operations and invest in production facilities in China. In the last years, Air Liquide experienced a rapid growth. Currently, Air Liquide employs more than 2,000 people and has more than 30 entities. Its turnover in 2007 amounted to 250 million Euros. Air Liquide operations are located in many key industrial areas of China: Beijing / Tianjin / Liaoning / Shandong in the north, Shanghai / Jiangsu / Zhejiang in the east, and expanding to Sichuan/Hubei and Guangdong in the west and south. Today, Air Liquide is serving Chinese economy with its wide application expertise and advanced technologies.
2009 Air Liquide Campus Recruitment Project in China includes YANG FAN Program, China Fresh Graduates Program, International Internship Program，China Internship Program.
YANG FAN Program
YANG FAN is a special international assignment program of Air Liquide for Chinese Fresh Graduates with Master Degree in the top tier universities world wide. Opportunities exist in Business Development, Operations, Process, Project, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Procurement and other specialized areas.
YANG FAN prepares the best new talent for accelerated advancement into management or technical positions. With an initial six months in China and eighteen ~ twenty-four months oversea, the candidates are challenged to quickly adapt to a different culture, learn the business and generate results. At the end of assignment, the candidates will be ideally positioned to pursue new opportunities within Air Liquide in China.
China Fresh Graduates Program
China Fresh Graduates Program is Air Liquide in China's annual local fresh graduate recruitment program, focuses on the fresh needs of Marketing & Sales, Project, Engineering, Process, Plant Operations, Electric & Instrument, Finance, Procurement, Human Resource and other specialized areas in more than 30 subsidiaries of Air Liquide in China.
International Internship Program
Air Liquide internships provide an exceptional opportunity to give international exposure to talented students in the fields of Marketing, Operation, Engineering, and Finance, etc. Students genuinely take part into company projects and benefit from Air Liquide executives' professional experience (through daily work and organized special events) during the summer to work at Air Liquide in France.
China Internship Program
China Internship Program is a quite effective pre-recruitment for China Fresh, IIP, and Yang FAN.
It provides students opportunities working in Air Liquide China to know more about our business and gain professional experience.
