1.Client Service Executive
Job Summary:
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

   1. Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
   2. Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
   3. Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
   4. Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
   5. Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

   1. BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
   2. Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of working experience
   3. Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
   4. Entry level knowledge of statistics
   5. Entry level knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications


2.Retailer Service Executive
Job Summary:
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

   2. Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
   3. Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
   4. Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
   5. Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
   6. Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

   1. BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
   2. Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG (marketing / sales) or retail industry experience desired
   3. Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
   4. Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
   5. Effective writing skills


 3.Measurement Science Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for prompt delivery of statistical support with global statistical and technical standards to internal associates.

   1. Provide and validate universe updates & sample design at intervals consistent with ACNielsen guidelines and standards
   2. Liaise with field management to ensure that actual useable sample per period if achieving ACNielsen standards
   3. Monitor the QC algorithms and conduct regular coverage studies on client data to ensure that the raw data and projected data are operating within ACNielsen guidelines and are accurate.
   4. Work with supervisor on analysis and design of customized experiments for clients
   5. Conduct data validation studies upon request and provide written feedback within pre agreed timeframe
   6. Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

   1. University degree in Statistics or Operations Research
   2. Fresh Graduate
   3. Entry level knowledge of statistical applications and systems
   4. Effective writing skills


4.Analyst, Nielsen Analytic Consulting
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing technical and statistical aspects of modeling and analytical projects that are sold to clients and for ensuring that projects are delivered to the high quality standards and timeline agreed with clients.
This role will involve working closely with country AC manager and AC regional team.

   1. To manage the technical and statistical aspects and key charting outputs for any Analytic Consulting project.
   2. To ensure that clean, robust and meaningful results are delivered in response to commercial brief and also assist in the initial preparation of project de-briefs to the client.
   3. To identify and solve quality and statistical data issues that may arise throughout the course of the project
   4. To support AC manager in the initial specification of the project and in answering technical questions that may arise in final results presentation to clients
   5. To continually review and challenge existing AC modeling and analytical processes
   6. To liaise with AC regional team in order to be constantly updated and trained in new or alternative modeling and analytical techniques and procedures

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

   1. BA / BS in numerate discipline required
   2. Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry
   3. Entry level knowledge of statistical applications and systems as well as Microsoft Office applications
   4. Good analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling
   5. Effective data mining and problem solving skills


5.Analyst, BASES
Job Summary:
To assist with the execution of marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.

   1. Participate in writing research proposal and design of projects with supervision
   2. Review data for errors and inconsistencies and summarize the data for the production of tables, charts, and graphs
   3. Prepares inputs and runs forecasting models and develop forecast summaries
   4. Analyze in-market data
   5. Analyze study results to draft letters, reports, and presentations
   6. Prepare initial client correspondence
   7. Interacts with client staff on routine issues and attends client meetings and presentations

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

   1. BA / BS required (MBA desirable)
   2. Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures
   3. Knowledge of marketing research, in-market data, and consumer packaged goods industry
   4. Strong Analytical, Consultative and Customer Service skills
   5. Effective Oral and written communication skills
   6. Good Project management skills
   7. Experience with another language (desirable)
