Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson is not only keeping transferring a big amount of business to China, but also concentrating on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the development capacity in Ericsson R&D center in Beijing.
Position 1: environmental verification engineers
• To design and establish verification scope, environment and methodologies.
• To carry out effectively and efficiently all the verification activities regarding Climatic, Mechanical, Power/PLD, Product Safety, EMC, Lightning, Acoustic and Robustness.
• To complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
• Responsible for Trouble Report (TR) and Change Request (CR) handling within the objects.
• External support, e.g. NAL and standardization of CCSA/TC9.
• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and CBC/XR.
Requirement:
• Master or Bachelor degree, major in EE or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
• Comprehensive knowledge on environmental standards and environment verification
• Familiar with Radio performance verification
• Good knowledge on SW tools such as Labview, HP-VEE etc.
• Open-minded, Good communication skills
• Hardworking and responsible
• Strong initiative and learning willingness
• Teamwork spirit
• Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind
• Fluent spoken and written English
