2008校园招聘职位:

Trainee---Consultant(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou)      
Job Responsibilities:
●     Customer demonstrations, board level presentations, client responses to RFPs, writing proposals, making presentations and conducting relevant workshops
●     Provides consulting and knowledge transfer services from solution selling perspective, with a focus on analytical and statistical aspects. Conducts pre and post-sale assessment and workshop sessions with customers.
●     Provides technical assistance or leadership for analytical projects; oversees data acquisition, validation, management, analysis, modelling, and forecasting from incoming data sources
●     Supports in-house solution development
Job Requirements:
●     Needs to have the ability to assess and understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients, as well as being able to clearly articulate the SAS value proposition to clients.
●     Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Mining.
●     Highly developed written and oral communication skills
●     A track record of demonstrated professionalism
●     Fluent in Mandarin and English
●     Experiences in Manufacturing or General Commerce, Telecom, FSI industry would be a plus
      
--> Trainee---Sales Executive(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou)
Job Responsibilities:
●     Prepare business plan to meet revenue/product targets, ie. Industry or market segment & Partner engagement.
●     Develop 12-month plans for a market segment, product service initiative or major accounts.
●     Monitor accounts, market segments and/or alliances performance.
●     Develop and review proposals for major prospects, including cost and benefit analysis.
●     Prepare market or sales campaigns in conjunction with Sector/Solutions Managers to address a particular market or industry segment with results projected in the next 3 to 6 months
●     Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
●     Facilitate a constructive team approach to account planning
●     Responsibility for driving the strategic review process with customers (to gain understanding of SAS usage & customer business strategies within these accounts to identify additional business opportunities and minimize cancellations).
●     Responsibility for ensuring the sales force maintains a high-level of customer relationship and satisfaction Effective relationship building and communication with strategic partners within major accounts
Job Requirements:
●     Typically a relevant tertiary qualification or related industry experience, preferably with SAS experience.
●     Proficient in using both Chinese and English.
●     Natural curiosity and eager to learn fast.
●     Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customers from different levels in their hierarchies.
●     Requires a broad understanding of clients’ business/industry issues, IT architecture and the interrelationships between SAS’s marketplace are required.
●     Good understanding of business issues relevant to sites opportunities.
●     Good time management, planning and organisation skills and understanding of sales cycle management. Can effectively apply and manage to the appropriate sales methodology.
●     Strong sales aptitude and good grasp of the technology and its applications in one or more field.
●     Excellent leadership/development/motivational skills with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals to succeed
●     Sound product knowledge and industry perspective
●     Excellent communication and presentation / demonstration skills
●     Effective listening and questioning skills and techniques to clearly determine opportunities
