You will play an active role in the localization, development and manufacturing of Atlas Copco compressors elements/products for our production facility in Wuxi, adapting parts and specifications to make them suitable for Asian market and to comply with local regulations and requirements. You strive to continuously improve the product quality through participation in the Product Quality Audit and reduce cost through optimization of the local content.

You will work in close co-operation with the Atlas Copco product development and manufacturing centre located at the Compressor Technique headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

1、Process Engineer, Machining/工艺工程师（机加工）

录用后均有机会赴比利时培训，表现优秀者可赴比利时工作2年

Job Responsibilities:

-Implement process instruction for new product, process changes (PN’s) and small design changes in close relationship with Headquarter. Develop and control instruction charts.

-Assist with product and process qualifications, define and initiate corrective actions. Organize and evaluate capability studies.

-Responsible for internal and external machine acceptances and installation, assist maintenance team to do machine maintenance and repairing during the warrantee period.

-NC-programs: analyze and make minor changes (always in close relationship with Headquarter).

-Define and organize the material flow and layout with production team.

-Generate routings and BOMs in BPCS, Develop and initiate procedures.

-Implement and safeguard the safety and environment specs.

-Follow up the use of cutting tools in strong relation with process data of tool life and cutting conditions.

-Define localized part when new product phase in.

Requirements

-Master, bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

-Good command of English both oral and written.

2、Process Engineer ( Assembly) /工艺工程师（组装）

Job Responsibilities:

-Design and optimize the layout of production line to improve efficiency and minimize labor cost.

-Design and maintain the instruction for assembly, test and final inspection of the products. And oversee the Flow Workers follow the instruction strictly.

-Be responsible for installation and management of tools and fixtures (assembly, package, transportation).

-Take control of quality in the production line and test cell.

-Implement new technology and assist to introduce new products in production line.

-Be responsible for the safety and environment of the production line.

Requirements

-Master, bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

-Good command of English both oral and written.

-Be proactive, self motivated and work independently.

-Good team player and communication skills.

-Be open minded and well structured.

-Be result orientated.

3、Quality Engineer/质量工程师

Job Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for the process qualification and quality control internally.

-Conduct process audit and final product audit regularly, solve the internal process quality problems and take follow up actions.

-Be responsible for the process quality continuous improvement.

-Make product failure analysis and take improvement action.

Requirements

-Master, bachelor in Mechanical Engineering。

-Good command of English both oral and written.

-Knowledge of surface treatment (e.g. zinc plating, painting), casting, machining and welding..

-Knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, FMEA, as well as quality system audit and process audit will be a plus.

-Be proactive, self motivated and work independently.

-Good team player and communication skills.

-Be open minded and well structured.

-Be result orientated.

4、Sourcing Engineer/采购工程师

Job Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for Supporting localization projects & global sourcing projects.

-Research and identify suppliers for localization projects and global sourcing projects

-Negotiate with suppliers in order to get optimal price level, better delivery and better quality

-Integrate the best suppliers into our development & implementation of Excellence in Manufacturing in suppliers plants

-Improve profitability through supplier development, cost reduction opportunities for his/her portfolio and plans for their implementation, supplier lead time reduction.
