ManGo Associates (上海瀚仕企业管理咨询有限公司) is a Shanghai based China Recruiting Specialist in Finance and HR functions. The company is now looking for new team members to help its fast growth.

This INTERN job is open to Bachelor and Master candidates, who will take a series of training courses and be assigned several real cases. If you prove yourself within 3 months, you’ll be offered as a formal researcher after your graduation.

The Job: Researcher (INTERN)

-            You will act as part of our main channel to discover talents in our targeted functions by cold calling and candidate sourcing from our current market contacts;

-            You will help identify new business development contacts to facilitate the business development process;

-            You will familiarize yourself with the current assignments our consultants are handling and recommend potential candidates to our consultants;

-            You will contribute to our database on a daily basis to help make it the key engine driving up our efficiency;

The Career Path:

-            When you have consistently over achieved your target for 2 quarters, you will be promoted to be a junior consultant;

The Person:

-            You must have an open style of communication and good at handling different kinds of people;

-            You must be genuinely interested in understanding and helping people with their career path options;

-            You must be extremely curious about various industries and companies and their business models as we work with all sorts of multi-nationals;

-            You must be hungry for your own career success;

-            You need to be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
