Position Title: Test Engineer (IPL-WL) Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:

Working as the bridge of R&D and manufacturing from the test technical point of view.
Be responsible for product test strategy define in manufacturing.
Developing the test method, setting the test process and test bench.
Implementing the test in the first production.
Technical supporting in mass production.
Be responsible for solving the quality issue and improving the test efficiency.

Requirements
Be familiar with hardware development and debug, have experience on circuit design or test.
Project Experience
CET-6
Master, major in communication is preferred

Position Title: Test Engineer (IPL-WS) Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:

Delivery daily technical support to production line
Maintain, calibrate, debug, develop test environment
Independently work on defect unit troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Deploy HW & SW update for test bench according to product modification.
Serve as an external and internal technical support point of contact for all technical planning and support activities.
Provide remote technical support in case of needed.

Requirements
1. Education: Preferred Major: Telecommunication, or equivalent
Degree: Master
2. Experience:
Testing of DSP, FPGA, Digital signal treatment, Modulation, or Radio
Have test experience of RF part or module.
3. Language: CET-6 (or other requirement please specify) CET-6
4. Professional Skills:
Be familiar with hardware development .
Have experience of test HW develop, Be familiar with C/C++ or test develop SW(cvi,ect.) .
Have knowledge of 3G communication.

Make the plan for the new projects , include the time management , cost management , risk management, etc.
Be responsible for the coordination with the related stakeholders and mange the communication very well.
Cooperate with Local & Global BDs 、IPLx , put the customer focus as the first place.
