Mercer began its relationship with China in the 1970s with the establishment of its Hong Kong Office. The first office on the China Mainland was established in 1995 in Beijing. 美世咨询自1999年开始进入南京市场，先后为数十家知名外资和国有企业提供过人力资源管理咨询和薪资调研服务。为更好地向华东地区的客户提供全方位的服务，美世2004年5月在南京正式成立了继北京、上海、广州以后的第四家中国大陆办事处。美世南京办事处成立以来，继续延伸其业务范围，在为外资企业提供富有价值的市场薪酬调查服务的同时，还向各类客户提供专业的人力资源咨询服务，同时还组织了一系列面向人力资源专业人士的交流活动以及针对人力资源管理提升的培训。现因业务发展需要，招聘以下专业人才：
Analyst（分析师）
Consolidate clients’ database and ensure efficient business delivery
Maintain strong internal work relationships and keep up-to-date on current market issues
Develop solutions that address business and operation needs
Interface with other Mercer practices on regional initiatives and projects and ensure cross-practice working relationships and demonstrate knowledge of Mercer’s offerings
Requirements:
· Relevant degree or above with good knowledge in statistics and number
· Minimum of 1 year"s working experience in consulting or HR related field （optional）
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, communication skills
Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
Project management skills, specifically in a consulting environment preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects
