The Coca-Cola Company is establishing a Global R&D Center Shanghai, China. This new R&D Center will develop new product, package, process and equipment technologies, not just for China, but for Coca-Cola locations all over theworld. Our plan is to fill approximately 100 new technical and technical management positions over the next 3 years, and we are launching an aggressive hiring plan to attract top global talent.

    Over the next 12 months, we are planning to recruit an initial 20 technical leaders for our Global R&D Center’s Management Trainees Program.

    The R&D Management Trainee Program is a tailor made three-year development program for top graduates.  It includes detailed training and development plans, skills development within core functional technical teams, and opportunities for international experience and collaboration.  By joining Coca-Cola, you will unleash your leadership potential and leverage your innovation and technical skills, while gaining accelerated individual and career development.

Requirements: 

1.  Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Engineering, Materials Science, Biology Science/ Engineering, Microbiology and related.
2.  Strong leadership skills

可口可乐全球研发中心于在中国上海建立，将向中国乃至于世界各地的可口可乐系统提供包括新产品及包装开发、新生产工艺流程、创新仪器设备方案等技术方案。我们预计在今后的3年，招募近100名技术及技术管理人员，并将吸引全球高层次研发人才的加入。

可口可乐在坚持富有社会责任感的市场营销策略并通过最佳商业实践的同时，致力于为全世界的客户提供全方位的饮料解决方案。作为一名优秀雇主，我们也将一如既往地创造更多商机和更多工作机遇。我们计划于今后1年内，招募首批研发中心管理培训生，共计20人。
