PepsiCo has two business focuses: PepsiCo Food and PepsiCo Beverage. Flagship brands like Lay’s, Quaker, Pepsi, 7-up etc. In 1981, PepsiCo became one of the first American companies to enter China when it signed a contract with the Chinese government to set up a bottling plant in Shenzhen. Thus began Pepsi’s investment in the country. In 1993, PepsiCo Food entered the market and set up a wholly-owned company – PepsiCo Food (China) Co., Ltd. PepsiCo directly employs more than 15,000 staff and creates 15,000 indirect job opportunities in China.

PepsiCo Food has invested US$100 million in mainland China and Taiwan in establishing 5 wholly-owned companys & plants in Shanghai and Beijing and 5 self-farming farms in Inner Mongolia, Guangxi province, Guangdong province and Hebei province.We also set up 14 distribution centre across China.

Trainee Program is a 2-years' program at maximum. It aims to build our future pipeline of bench and leadership talents for management, engineering, Agro, sales, etc. We provide fast track career development for the outstanding performers after joining PepsiCo. We will have mentor, coach and buddy to support the trainee' s growth and organize the networking for trainees to exchange information and build an interactive community.
