校园招聘职位:

Assistant Accountant (Accounts Receivables)
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1.Accounts Receivables collection and monthly Accounts Receivables aging
2.Follow up the collections weekly from customers and international insurance companies
3.Conduct monthly AR meeting
4.Handle bank/cash transactions with preparation of voucher and record of transactions in the system
5.Bank Reconciliation
6.Inter-company billing for expenses recharge
7.Monthly closing of accounts

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor graduates in accounting
2.Fluent in spoken and written English
3.Familiar with medical transactions in account
4.Familiar with SUN Accounting system and Microsoft Excel
5.Person who is hard working, good in teamwork and pro-active
Customer Service Assistant (Clinic Reception)
Location: Beijing

Qualifications:
1.College degree above
2.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
3.Experiences in customer service, preferably in a foreign investment company will be a plus
4.Good organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
5.Good computer skills
6.Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends and evening shifts
7.Strong customer service focus
Medical Customer Service Executive (24 hours Alarm Center)
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1.Take care of incoming calls from customers and service providers
2.Handle clients’ requests & Document all matters related to each customer service request
3.Provide logistic support in service delivery to customers, especially medical service delivery
4.Adhere to standard Service Standards and Procedures

Qualifications:
1.University graduate, English major preferred;
2.Excellent English in both spoken and written;
3.Customer service experience, experience in call centers in industries such as airline reservation or travel, assistance companies and/or the hospitality industry will be strongly preferred;
4.Excellent planning and customer interaction skills through telephone;
5.Have a passion for service and results, and be able to thrive on high stress situations to deliver emergency responses to our clients in need.
6.Able to do rostered shifts ie. day and night shifts;
7.Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals).
Specialty Customer Service Executive (24 hours Alarm Center)
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1.To be the first point of contact for the customers, service providers and colleagues.
2.To document all matters related to each customer assistance service request.
3.To play the role as coordinator role in the course of service delivery to our clients.
4.To ensure adherence to standard Customer Service Standards and Procedures set by Company or Client.
5.Day to day Operation
6.To maintain a conducive working environment

Qualifications:
1.University graduate, English major preferred;
2.Excellent English in both spoken and written;
3.Working experience in tourism, hotel and automotive industry will be strongly preferred;
4.Excellent planning and customer interaction skills through telephone;
5.Have a passion for service and results, and be able to thrive on high stress situations to deliver emergency responses to our clients in need.
6.Able to do rostered shifts ie. day and night shifts;
7.Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals).
日语陪同助理
工作地点:北京、深圳、南京

工作职责:
1.协助日本病人在医院就诊及安排住院
2.辅助病人核实保险内容
3.协助病人填写保险理赔单
4.陪同病人完成医院看病的必要流程及其他事宜
5.向日本病人提供翻译服务
6.安排车辆接送病人
7.为所有客户提供会员咨询

职位要求:
1.日语专业本科毕业
2.日本语能力测试一级考试且通过我公司日本员工测试
3.英语口语流利
4.有旅行社导游、涉外饭店职员、翻译社翻译经验者优先
5.有日本留学、工作经历者或了解日本健康保险者优先考虑
6.良好客户服务意识
7.良好的沟通能力
8.较强的学习能力和在压力下独立工作的能力
9.随和、热情且性格外向
