Position:Admin. Assistant/Receptionist (Location: Shanghai)
Report to: Admin/HR manager (SH Campus)
Responsibilities:
Pick up daily phone calls and welcome guests.
Coordinate and manage the logistic support to MBA/EMBA/EDP Programs at SH Campus.
Coordinate with Cypress Hotel and other related departments.
Deal with admin monthly payment process on workflow and work out monthly report.
Improve the admin operation system.
Other admin duties upon request such as flight booking, hotel reservation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree

Position: CareerManagementCenter Assistant (intern) (Location: Shanghai)
Report to: CMC Senior Manager (SH Campus)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring daily fulfillment of proper assignments and adequate performance of duties.
Maintain relationships with MBA students and alumni; provide support and necessary instructions to students and alumni.
Develop and maintain CareerManagementCenter database of potential employers, alumni and other stakeholders.
Responsible for CMC back office support, such as CMC documentation and logistics arrangement for CMC events, recruitment coordination etc.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Assisting senior CMC manager and MBA director in the field if necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Good command of English in both written & spoken
Good at Office software, Microsoft Access is a preferable skill

Position: Customer Service Officer (Location: Beijing)
Report to:EDP Dep. Director & Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries
Handle customer inquire by phone/mail/face to face on all school products, e.g. MBA, EMBA, EDP.
Send program information to inquirer timely.
Actively approach customer through phone calls/mailing to market school products.
Assist customer with their program application.
Assistance to sales
Forward inquiries to relevant sales and track their follow up results.
Make appointment for sales managers to meet potential customers.
Keep record of the program reservation and remind sales of following up.
Provide monthly call reports.
Help sales manager input their customer data into database.
Provide the breakdown of sales results, for example, daily cancellation and application report, inquiry report etc.
Customer database management and brochure management
Update and maintain the inquiry data.
Communicate with SH customer service on customer inquiry, reservation, cancellation, application, payment issue, business leads.
Keep up-to-date stock of program brochure and flyers.
Prepare the display of program posters, brochures during different programs.
Build the potential customer database by regularly browsing web/magazine/newspaper.
Assist with department director and EDP office administration with all secretarial work.

Position: EDP Project Assistant (Location: Beijing)
Report to:EDP Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Assistant in EDP will have responsibilities for achieving dynamic growth for the every independent project in both North and South China, the role of a Project Assistant can be defined into 3 primary responsibilities which are corporate relations development and maintain, sales, office administration.
Achieving the assigned sales target of every project specific program.
Sell all products (EDP/ EMBA/MBA), but to be more focused on project sales.
Keeping major customers loyal and profitable.
Payment collection.
Timely transfer leads for EMBA and EDP other programs.
Corporate Relations development/management
Maintain and manage contact between school and corporate according to defined client territory.
Establish positive relationship with new client companies.
Regular visit to key accounts and potential key accounts.
Attend all PR events, and any other events if necessary.
Filing (Information collection/management)
Keep up-to-date database by constant information collection.
Keep track of all corporate contacts/activities between school and corporate.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
在教授的指导下,独立完成教学案例、研究案例的写作和教授布置的其他工作。
作为案例开发的项目负责人,负责案例的信息收集、分析和加工;
负责案例的需求调查、案例立项、企业采访、案例撰写等工作;
负责联系企业及有关专家学者,并与之保持密切沟通;
完成部门主任或相关负责人临时交办的各项工作任务;
负责安排研究助理的工作。
Qualifications:
拥有管理学、经济学博士学位,研究能力较强;国内著名大学商学(战略,市场营销、金融,人力资源,会计,供应链等)和经济专业优先;
具有较强的行业与市场研究背景,发表过行业、企业分析文章的优先;
熟悉经济数据和商业数据的收集和整理;
有对企业调研和访谈经验的优先;
对信息具有较强的敏感性和敏锐反应能力,能对相关信息做出及时到位的观察分析;

协助案例研究员进行其案例调研和写作中所需的行业资料、数据及相关信息的收集、整理、汇编工作;
协助案例研究员与被调研的企业保持调研前后的联系和沟通工作,保证案例调研的顺利进行;
协助教授和案例研究员进行案例的写作工作;

对外:

协助部门进行供应商(如广告公司、出版单位等)的沟通,维护学院利益;
协助撰写学院对外宣传资料和稿件等。
对内:
