– Verigy Semiconductor Test Academy Trainee program
Verigy was formed from the semiconductor test business of Agilent and founded when this business spun off from Agilent at 2006. In 2004, Agilent wanted to develop IC test professionals for business growth and China’s IC industry growth, so it established semiconductor test academy. We have hired the top master degree graduates from some of the best universities and provided 12-month highly focused & intensive training to develop them into semiconductor test professionals. Since 2004 we have had over 60 graduates and continually about 30 trainees are in various stage of the training. The performances of the 60+ academy graduates have been exceptionally well. Their hiring supervisors all gave very positive feedback on their abilities and performances. Further demand for these semiconductor test professionals is very high. They have very promising careers. After the comprehensive training, many of academy graduates have become key contributors in China, various Asia countries & Europe. Their job function ranges from application engineers, application development engineers, software engineers and many others.
This is an intensive & specialized 12-month Trainee Program to develop semiconductor test competency for excellent career within Verigy and beyond.
