Carlsberg is one of the leading international brewery groups in China with a brand portfolio consisting of international premium brands as well as a number of successful local brands. With extraordinary annual growth rates, China is one of Carlsberg's most important growth engines in Asia and we are aiming high to become the leading brewery group in West China.
At present, we have more than 8,000 employees in Carlsberg Greater China operations and to cope with our aggressive business plan for China, we are looking for high calibre young individuals to join us as Trainees in West China.
A Career in Carlsberg
Carlsberg is launching its first trainee program in West China. We are looking for 8 highly talented graduates to join a two-year program consisting of four exciting modules – each representing different strategic business areas, at different locations!
During the two-year traineeship you will be stationed in three to four of our operations in West China, which are located in Yunnan, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Lanzhou, Lhasa and Chengdu.
You will be provided on-the-job training as well as comprehensive classroom training. In addition, you will be assigned a personal senior mentor within the Carlsberg Management Team – meaning that you will be in constant close contact with Carlsberg's strategic business development.
After successfully completing the trainee period, we anticipate you to fill in a key position in our West China operations.

What it takes to be #1
Your are a PRC National
You are among the best students of your university We are looking for best-in-class graduates with an MBA or a
similar commercial master degree
Your mother tongue is Mandarin and your English is profound (both spoken and written)
You are highly mobile and willing to travel and relocate in order to work in various cities within the PRC
You will be evaluated on splendid problem-solving skills and a high degree of flexibility
You are a strong team player, who will enjoy working amongst our different breweries together with many different people
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure
-If you love beer, it is definitely an advantage!
