德尔福派克校园招聘职位：

Position: Business Acquisition Engineer / Application Engineer
Major Job Responsibility:
1. Be Responsible for Application Engineering and for new product quotation
2. Work with Quotation Team and provide the team the accurate BOM information
3. Work close with customer to understand the RFQ information
4. Investigate the cost detail to support commercial team the competitive quote
5. Analysis the business and product to set up accurate  market price
6. Support Sales team for business grow and execute sales business plan
7. Follow up DCS quotation procedure to ensure the accurate quotation process

Candidate Requirements:
 
1. Bachelor of Mechanical Design & Automation and related major
2. Good command of written and oral English
3. Strong communication ability
4. Learning ability & adaptability
5. Cooperating ability
6. Familiar with Microsoft  Ware
7. Be able to work diligent and  independently
8. Be able to proactive

Position: Customer Service Representative
Major Job Responsibility:
1. Order placing and maintain SAP System
2. Internal communication with P C & L, Sales, and marketing
3. Responsible for chasing and monitor for Account Receivable
4. Budget and sales forecast report and other marketing report

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Mechanical Design & Automation and related major
2. Good command of written and oral English
3. Strong communication ability
4. Learning ability & adaptability
5. Cooperating ability
6. Familiar with Microsoft  Ware
7. Be able to work diligent and  independently
8. Be able to proactive

Position: Product Engineer
Major Job Responsibility:
1. Design component(Robust, Cost Effective, Market Appropriate)
2. Conduct/follow up product validation plan and evaluation
3. Setup/Maintain/Update design database
4. Initiate Engineering change and follow up
5. Stay abreast of technology
6. Assure adherence to all DCS work standards
7. Progressively participate in teamwork as required
Candidate Requirements:
1. University level degree in Mechanical Design & Automation / Electrical Engineering and relevant major
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel
3. Product design experience automotive industry preferred
4. Knowledge of molding/stamping will be advantage
5. 3D CAD application experience
6. Proactive and can do attitude
7. Team work player

Position: Quality Engineer
Major Job Responsibility:
1. Manufacturing Process Quality Control Activities
2. Support in supervising quality inspector activities and assignments
3. Red Tag Control
4. Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
5. Analyze Scrap
6. Investigate issues identified in our own plants
7. Handle the Customer Quality Issue
8. Return Material Analysis
9. Handle the Process qualification
10. Localized and Transferred tool qualification
11. Tooling spare part qualification
12. Tractability and labeling projects
13. Handle the supplier quality monitoring
14. Incoming Inspection
15. Problem issues and solving
16. Supervise QC Technician
17. Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
18. Follow the Company EHS policies
19. Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Mechanical Design & Automation and related major
2. Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and inspection experience and teamwork leading ability, have experience for internal audit is prefer
3. Good command of written and oral English
Position: Process Engineer
Major Job Responsibility:
1. Design, build, & debug lean/robust tools and equipment following BOP
2. Support MSD with lowest life cycle cost manufacturing systems
3. Conduct capability studies for all new tools and equipment
4. Stay abreast of technology
5. Lead the process release team to deliver tools/equipment to manufacturing
6. Develop new technology/processes as required 
7. Control project costs and meet the budget
8. Actively participate in the management of policies, work standards, budgeting, management/employee relationships, quality and health and safety
9. Actively develop and promote the DCS action plan for excellence assurance
10. Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflict that from barriers to the attainment of operations related issues and our DCS mission and goals
11. Assure adherence to all DCS work standards
Candidate Requirements:
1. University level degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanic or Industrial Engineering
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel
3. Good writing skills to provide written DCS Work Standards and instructions
4. Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Ability to establish and maintain a budget
7. Computer, network and software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Manager
