Overview
The DBS Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a leadership training programme which currently spans 18 months. If you are self-driven, proactive and committed to excellence, MAP offers you the chance to be part of Asia's leading bank and shape the future of banking in Asia. Who We Are Looking For
In addition to a demonstrated track record of achievements in academic and non-academic pursuits, the ideal candidate we seek should have outstanding overall qualities such as leadership potential, integrity, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

We welcome both fresh graduates from all disciplines and graduates with less than two years' work experience to join us.
