Welcome to the InBev global Management Trainee Program

As the world’s largest brewer, we take part in the celebrations of millions – if not billions- of people worldwide. But we’ve got ambitions to go further, to be the best at creating enduring bonds with consumers.

That requires ambitious people -people with the skill, talent and ideas to lead our company into the future. It’s why we run one of the world’s most demanding management trainee programs. It’s one that helps our trainees rise faster by giving them the chance to prove themselves earlier.

The Selection process

Unusually for a management trainee program, we create a global pool of management trainees. In fact, many of our top executives are involved in the program from the very beginning, visiting countries around the globe to present the company and meet potential candidates.

We’re serious about finding the world’s best talent – so you will be competing against candidates not only from your own country, but from the whole continent.

If you’re successful you’ll become part of a truly great team.

Stages:

1、CV assessment

2、 First assessment: language & psychological tests

3、 Second assessment: candidates are invited to a day of interviews, group discussion and a business game

4、 Final interviews with the President and VPs of your Zone

5、 Contract offer

Become the kind of leader you'd follow:

Starting with a 10-month training program, you’ll gain experience in every aspect of our business. You’ll have a systematic knowledge of our operations as well as an insight into the strategic challenges facing a large multinational like ours.

And from the very beginning you’ll be expected to give your opinion on the business and what you would do to make it better. This is the kind of incisive mindset that will be useful at every stage of your career. Your initial assignments will be in your home country – and anything but easy. The whole philosophy of the program is that big challenges help people grow.

Who we're looking for?

You’ll be expected to lead, influence, and inspire colleagues towards achieving their goals.

You’ll need to be ambitious, talented and result-oriented, as well as curious, well-rounded, mobile and creative.

And you’ll need to be a superb communicator in both your local language and in English. But if you’re looking for a real professional challenge and enjoy working hard for your success, there is no limit to how far you can go.
