A Bachelor or Master degree
　Preferably with majors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information
　Technology, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Management Science, Software Engineering,
　International Economics & Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Banking and
　Finance, English

Excellent academic results plus outstanding achievements on non-academic activities

Good communication and presentation skills including a strong command of spoken and written English and Putonghua

Sharp business acumen and common sense

Highly motivated team player with self initiative to grow and develop their career

Overseas education or project experience a definite advantage
