Application process
You will complete several online tests as part of your application. These assess your numerical and logical reasoning skills and are an important tool in our process.

Please answer all questions throughout the application carefully, as your responses will be used as the first step in the selection process. For Australia and New Zealand, please ensure your online application also includes university grade transcripts, a cover letter and CV.

All candidates will be notified if they have been successful in progressing to further assessment or if their application does not meet our requirements.

Selection process
Successful candidates will be invited to participate in further assessment rounds comprising psychometric and ability tests, interviews (face-to-face or telephone) and a final half-day assessment centre in our offices. The assessment process may differ slightly by location. Successful candidates will be advised by Campus Recruiting of the exact process for their location.
