Our Operations in China:

Beijing

We have a total of 3 property investment projects in Beijing, of total Gross Floor Area of about 3.5 million feet. We have just embarked on a major re-positioning of Sun Dong An Plaza at Wang Fu Jing Street, focusing on young and trendy Beijingers and tourists. The re-positioning will be completed in end 2007, capitalising on the business opportunities of 2008 Beijing Olympics.

The outlook of the Beijing property market is positive, and we are actively looking for further investment opportunities.

Guangdong

The Group has entered into two residential developments in Huadu District. The total Gross Floor Area of the development is around 8.5 million square feet and the first phase of development target to be completed in 2007.

The Group is keen on investment opportunities in Guangzhou and other major cities within the Pearl River Delta to expand our portfolio in both commercial and residential sectors in order to fully capitalize the rapid economic growth in Guangdong province.

Being a member in this rapidly expanding department, you are expected to be a good team player with proactive attitude in taking up designated assignment. In return you will have a sense of job satisfaction and achievement with our increasing commitment in Guangdong province.

Shanghai

The Group has two existing projects in Shanghai : Shanghai Central Plaza and Arcadia.

Shanghai Central Plaza is located in Shanghai's most popular commercial districts, which comprises 455,000 square feet of office and 133,000 square feet of retail space. It is Shanghai's foremost commercial complex in terms of location.

Arcadia Shanghai in Xuhui is made up of two residential towers and a serviced apartment block.

The other three prestigious projects under development are Shanghai ifc, Wei Fong Project and Huai Hai Zhong Road Lot 3.

Shanghai ifc will be a world-class mixed-use comprehensive development including offices, a shopping mall and two hotels. The entire project will have 4 million square feet of Gross Floor Area. The foundation work of Shanghai ifc has begun and its first phase is expected to be completed by mid 2009.

Weifong project, located at a prime site on the waterfront of Huangpu River, will be a luxurious residential development with Gross Floor Area of about 1.7 million square feet.

Huai Hai Zhong Road Lot 3, with site area of about 400,000 square feet, will be developed into a top-quality shopping mall, office and luxurious residential complex.

Our Management Trainee (Mainland) Program is to bring high-caliber career starter into the Company, to acquire extensive business exposures and grow with the Company. Regarded as a fast track for career development, it is a 1 year program, with 6 to 10 months attachment in Hong Kong leading to professional and supervisory positions upon the end of the program and, subject to outstanding performances and capabilities, further advancement to various managerial positions expected.

People Requirements:

We are looking for high-caliber final year students or recent graduates from mainland and overseas universities who possess the following qualities:

Bachelor's degree or above (All disciplines are welcome but specific disciplines are preferred depending on the functions) Proven English proficiency
Good communication skills
Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast
High initiative and strong will to win and succeed

Training & Learning Curriculum

In the 12-month program, the trainees are provided with various learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure. An intensive orientation program is arranged for the trainees at the beginning of the program to facilitate their thorough comprehension of the corporate business scope and the operations of the host department. Classroom & experiential training, on-the-job coaching, cross-departmental attachment training and action learning project are offered for trainees to develop their management and functional competence. Throughout the program, the top management, managers of business departments, human resources and training staff will provide guidance and coaching to trainees to facilitate their learning and help them develop their potentials.

Training Scheme Structure (MT in Mainland China):

* Depending on the host department's requirements, the attachment in Hong Kong could be:

up to 10 months
divided into several periods, with training back in local mainland office during the HK attachment

Career Path
After the training period, trainees will be capable to assume professional and supervisory roles in designated departments and expected to move on a faster track in career advancement (as indicated in the chart below). Ample development opportunities are available for potential trainees to move along the career ladder.
