PricewaterhouseCoopers was established in 1998 by the merger of two firms - Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand - each with historical roots going back some 150 years. In 2002 we were joined by the former Andersen practice in mainland China and Hong Kong to create the pre-eminent professional services firm.
