Job opportunities：

Shift Engineer/轮班工程师 
Main Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for maintain or restore efficient and safe unit production by serving as a resource for guidance and information to process technicians and others in the organization in normal, unusual or upset unit conditions, maintain a well functioning team by leading and facilitating human relations activities for the shift team that include employee involvement and empowerment, communications, interpersonal conflict, corrective actions and others.
2. Serve as Site Incident Commander (SIC) during emergencies, Report any safety or environmental incidents in a timely manner, Conduct proper shift relief and documentation in log book, ensure safe and reliable functioning of the process unit by working closely with maintenance to monitor and repair equipment.
3. Issue safe work permits when needed, enhance productivity so that long term improvements to the workplace are achieved by facilitating the generation and implementation of new ideas by the shift team, ensure process technicians are well-qualified and competent through administration of personnel activities, including hiring and training of technicians, performance evaluations and performance improvement plans.

Requirement:

1. Chemical engineering BS+
2. Knowledge of basic chemical unit operations and hazard analysis methodology.

Main Responsibilities ( Marketing Analysis ):
1. The job is based on project;
2. Conduct marketing analysis or supply chain analysis or business analysis;
3. Make rational use of material resources according need of customer;
4. Coordinate with relation teams;
Requirement :( knowledge / skills / abilities)
1. Minimum 2 years experiences of similar position;
2. Major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or Chemical Engineering plus a MBA
3. Work with passion, also quick learner;
4. Aggressive character and excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Career direction:
Within the first or two years, the candidate will work as the assistant on project for some senior manager in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis. Candidate will also be rotated on different functions. In one or two years, a more independent job in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis will be provided to candidates according to company’s needs and also candidate’s talent.

Purpose and summary of position
To work closely with Legal and Celanese Procurement organization and vendor network in the region to satisfy customers' needs
To follow up with internal process to complete a contract.
To be responsible for contract filing and follow up.
To assist the manager for sourcing
To search , analysis and prepare the report on focused raw materials
To assist on the analysis and evaluation on proposals from vendors
To carry out other responsibilities when required by the company or manager

Requirement :( knowledge / skills / abilities)
Major in business analysis.
Knowledge or experience on international trading
Good command of English and communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Knowledge of computerized business system (preferably SAP) would be beneficial
Self motivation
