3、Sales Project Engineer

Job Descriptions:
 Project management and support of sales activities for electronically governed Diesel injection systems for Chinese OEM customers.
 Customer assignment according to valid SOA customer allocation list and department responsibility matrix.
 Project leader of project according to valid responsibility matrix
 Identify and analyze customer requirement in regard to technical specification and commercial conditions for customer projects.
 Support project leader in the project handling and follow-up according to product evolution process.
 Coordination of project related task with involved departments defined in the project team chart.
 Preparation of internal project documentation, support preparation of presentations for business opportunity meetings and project evaluation committee meetings.
 Identify business opportunities with Chinese Diesel manufacturers.

Qualifications:

4、Sales Project Engineer of an international Project-team

Job Descriptions:
 Propose marketing strategy and execute marketing strategy and programs set by dept.

 Expert for optical measurement equipments
 Function and accuracy analysis of optical measurement equipments
 Continuous optimization of optical measuring processes

 Optical measurement equipments troubleshooting (including hardware and software)

6、System Engineer Electronics

Job Descriptions:
 Definition of diesel engine + vehicle management functions according to customer requirements.
 Validation of system functions on test bench (Labcar, Engine)and vehicle.
 Explain engine control function to common Rail customers.
 Analyze + verify conformity of engine control unit interfaces(sensors, actuators, writing hamess).
 Join first firing of engines and vehicle tests for electronics validation under extreme conditions.
 Communicate with other development departments and sales, check component specifications against system specification and customer specifications.
 Define system specific data and system FMEA for electronic diesel engine management.
 Support of ECU series release(EMC measurement, series preparation).
Qualifications:
 Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university.
 Good English language skills(fluent discussion of technical topics possible).
 Quick in understanding technical relation and consequences.

7、Calibration Engineer Vehicle

Job Descriptions:
 System development engineer of electronically controlled Common Rail Systems
 Support Common-Rail customer project with layout and validation of hydraulics and hydraulic function
 Cooperate with test engineers to setup and evaluate test bench measurements
 Communicate with other development departments and sales, check component specifications against system specifications and customer specifications
 Define system limits out of measurements and application guidelines, define and verify system specific data
 Stay in touch with latest developments in the area of Diesel fuel injection technologies and software functions and present latest developments at customers
 Join internationally oriented company with long-term perspective

 Receive a 6 months training in the Bosch Diesel central R&D facility in Germany (upon qualification)

8、Calibration Engineer Vehicle
Job Descriptions:
 Layout and validation of ECU vehicle functions at Bosch / Customer side and others
 Develop strategies for improving quality, reducing effort and standardization of calibration
 Educate and consult engineers in calibration issues
 Join Summer, Winter, and Trial test for vehicle validation under extreme conditions
 Communication with other development departments, sales, customer engineering department and others to ensure quality and safety of calibration
Qualifications:
 Master degree in Science / Techniques (prefer control engineering)
 Skill of using simulation tool (e.g. Matlab) and understanding of programming

9、Engine Calibration Engineer

Job Descriptions:
 Constitute internal calibration regulation according to country metrology standard, calibration regulation, work instruction, technical drawings etc. Ensure company has the right internal or external regulation for all measurement instruments.
 Train and guide internal metrology calibrator the calibration technique. Continually improve the calibration, repair method and calibration technique level to provide company the exact and reliable data and the standard, comprehensive calibration record.
 Accept and investigate the calibration method of new type gauges in order to solve the measure validity problem in time.
 Guide the daily work of gauge management coordinator. Follow up and make summary of monthly calibration work.
 Periodically carry out MSA to the key measuring instrment.
