Introduction

Welcome to the Citi graduate recruitment on-line application system. Please use the vacancy finder link on the left for information on which businesses are currently open for applications. To apply for any of the open positions you will need to complete a short registration form.

Once you have registered you may complete the application at your own speed. To log back on, click log on and enter your e-mail address and password.

The application deadlines are:

Full Time Analyst Program: October 12, 2007

Summer Analyst Program: December 10, 2007

Please apply early. Our interview process for the full time programs will commence in October 2007, for summer internships it will commence in December 2007.

Below is an outline of the recruitment process (full-time program and summer internship program) from application received to offer:

Stage 1: Application is reviewed by Graduate Recruitment and the Business

Stage 2: First round interviews: One to two 1:1 competency based phone interviews with junior managers in Asia

Stage 3: Second round interviews: One to two 1:1 competency based phone interviews with senior managers in Asia

Stage 4: Final round interviews: Three 1:1 competency based interviews with Managing Directors and Directors

Stage 5: Offer extended by Business; follow up by Graduate Recruitment

Step by step guide

1. Register
Register with the system in just a few minutes. Once you've registered you'll be able to complete your full details as and when it suits you.
   2. Complete your application
Complete your application when it's convenient for you. You can log in and out of the system as many times as you want, and preview your application at any time.

3. Apply
When you're happy that your application is complete, apply for your position. You'll be sent an e-mail to confirm that your application has been received.
   4. Track your application
Track the status of your application at any time simply by logging back into the system. You can also keep your contact details (address, e-mail and contact telephone number) up to date by changing them when you are logged into the system.

5. Check your e-mails
Access all messages sent to you from the system. You don't have to worry about searching through your other e-mails to find all the messages related to your application. Your e-mails are delivered instantly, so if you have trouble accessing your normal e-mail system you can still check for messages here.
   6. Book an interview
If you're successful, you'll be invited to an interview. Depending on the business and region you have applied to you may be invited to a specific date, alternatively you will be asked to either simply choose from a list of available days and times, and make your booking, or review the list of available dates and contact a recruiter. You can also get maps and directions to our interview centres by following the links in the system.
