Position Description:
Flash memory is a system on chip product. Flash memory circuit design includes the charge pump, u-controller, sensing circuit design and validation. FPG Shanghai has the total solution capability of flash memory design, product validation, product engineering, Qual to product release to high volume manufactory.

Qualifications:
• Major in EE, microelectronic is preferred.

SH1002 - Mechanical Modeling & Lab Engineer

Division: FPTD-S

Position Description:
Candidate will be a member of a global mechanics core competency team to influence the mechanical design, materials selection and structural integrity & reliability of IC packages.
Candidate will use FEA tools & methodology to get physics understanding of mechanical behaviors during package assembly and customer user conditions.

Qualifications:
• Candidate should have a good understanding of solid mechanics and must have knowledge of linear/non-linear finite element analysis (ABAQUS or ANSYS) and response to static and/or dynamic loadings.
• Candidate must be able to conduct numerical analysis and analyze validation experiments that influence the required physical characteristics of integrated circuit packages.

SH1003 - Test Engineering and Low Yield Analyst

Position Description:
Candidate will be responsible for test tape coding, test tape debugging and test execution.
Candidate should also be responsible for screen out the failures and do preliminary electrical FA.
Candidate will be doing package and product level low yield analysis to segregate the failure from packaging related or product related.

Qualifications:
• Candidate should have a good understanding of micro-electronics devices and capability in understanding material and mechanical which can provide help in picking up the package/product level low yield analysis
• Candidate must have good communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills. Experience with MTS load frame test equipment and strain gages would be an added advantage.

Start to learn Intel Mobile chip test methodology and related line sustaining work through the candidate internship.
