China Renaissance is hiring individuals completing undergraduate or master d
egree in 2008 into our Fulltime Analyst Program. Analysts who work for China
Renaissance enjoy a genuinely different experience. Our entrepreneurial and

The Fulltime Analyst Program

Analysts play a critical role in our transaction team, running analysis of v
aluations and helping to execute complex transactions across all of our busi
ness areas, including Private Placement, M&A and Restructuring. As an Analys
t, you

will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals on a var
iety of transactions. The work is challenging and analysts are expected to r
oll up their sleeves, dig into financial statements and think "outside the b
ox".

Analysts’ role typically includes:

• Analyzing financial and operating information for corporations an
d industries

• Creating statistical summaries that analyze comparative financial
performance

• Building models to project financial results and to value compani
es

• Preparing client presentations

• Participating actively in the execution of financings and M&A tra
nsactions

• In-depth industry research and analysis

Analysts must be team players with a strong work ethic and keen attention to
details. Our most successful analysts approach all assignments with a posit
ive "can do" attitude. We hire analysts who come from diverse academic backg
rounds

including majors in English, Arts, Engineering, and of course, Accounting an
d Finance.

The Analyst Program is a two- to three-year experience. After completing the
Analyst Program, you will become masters of multi-tasking, usually working
on several assignments simultaneously.

The Summer Analyst Program

If you are graduating in July 2009, then becoming a 2008 Summer Analyst with
China Renaissance can be a great experience. We select candidates from dive
rse educational backgrounds to spend their internship participating in the e
xecution of M&A transactions and financings, creating statistical exhibits a
nd analyzing financial information. We often recruit our analysts from among
the interns who participated in our Summer Analyst Program.
