Product Marketing Assistant

The Product Marketing Assistant will support the MBS BG Lead and Poduct Solution Marketing Managers in develop and execute Customer Campaigns and develop product marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Assist in production of Product Marketing materials
Customer campaign seminar preparation and tracking
Localizing marketing materials and helping with production
Facilitate marketing activities including but not limited to writing marketing communications, localizing marketing materials and helping with production, facilitate through-partner marketing and communication
Evaluate the update MBS website to better position and promote brand awareness, demonstrate product functions
Qualifications:
Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time •Work reasonable independent and able to run with a task after assignment
Expect to have some Marketing experience or student with degree within Marketing
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
Microsoft Office suite (such as excel, doc, ppt)
Position in business group: SMSG
Position in city: Beijing
Working period: 11/1/2006-6/30/2007
Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant is responsible to provide daily sales support to the PAM and Partner Development team.
Responsibilities:
Update Siebel with opportunity information
Consolidate monthly forecast and Partner business Plans
Update MBS Partner training schedule and exam records
Orchestrate event logistic (Partner and customer facing)
Project management ad-hoc projects, such as update MBS 101 training
Qualifications:
Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Work reasonable independent and able to run with a task after assignment
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
Microsoft Office suite (such as excel, doc, ppt)
Preferred worked as sales admin in the past.
Position in business group: SMSG
Position in city: Beijing
Working period: 11/1/2006-6/30/2007
