Title of Position: Associate Consultant Intern
Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Program description:
Associate Consultant Intern program is a half-year internship program designed for students have strong interests in the management consulting industry.
In the program, you will work in real client case situations and/or client development efforts in a wide variety of industries together with your supervisors. You will have lots of valuable practice opportunities on basic Associate Consultant skills, such as secondary research, interviewing, and basic data analysis, etc. Besides, our well-designed training and professional development sessions will further enrich your learning experience.
Bain has an established structure to recruit Associate Consultants from the intern pool. Interns with excellent performance will be offered a final-round interview opportunity for full-time Associate Consultant position by the end of intern period.
Qualifications:
We are looking for high potential candidates who,
• Will graduate in summer 2007/2008 with a Bachelor degree or in summer 2007/2008 with a Master degree
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Keen interests in consulting
• Strong communication
• Commitment and work ethics
