Introduction of SIS Service Desk

SIS Service Desk provides comprehensive IT services available to support users in their daily business. With IT services provided, customers can improve their work efficiency, enhance security for IT applications, and reduce costs for growing their business.


Helpdesk Services
Our Helpdesk provides a vital day-to-day contact point for all customers and users. Our prime target is the quick solving of incidents and the continuous improvement of IT services and user satisfaction.

-Remotely access users’ computer
-Trouble-shooting of PC client and network
-Resolves faults with the help of solutions or workarounds provided by a Knowledge Management System or -using remote support and diagnostic tools
-Advises customer of identified/developed solution or workaround
-Forwards incidents/ faults that have not been processed to subsequent support levels.

VIP & On-site Support Services
For more complicated problems, our VIP & on-site engineers will provide further help.
-Provides 2nd level support to end users and internal co-workers
-Provide VIP support & internal technical support
-Research technical problems escalated internally from Helpdesk and find workaround or final solution
-Escalate technical problems which cannot be solved internally in Helpdesk according to problem management process
-Organize regular technical share meetings
-Project implementation & coordination
-Internal knowledge database maintenance

Program Contents & Features
-Pre-designed training about SIS Service Desk business & IT expertise
-On-job training of daily work across different teams(helpdesk team & delivery center) within SIS Service Desk
-Practice and work with SIS Service Desk colleagues
-One to one mentor coaching
-Periodic review and evaluation of training results and individual qualification
