职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Deliver all scoring solutions to facilitate the implementation of credit and cross-sell strategies to assist regional Personal Finance Services businesses in the achievement of business plans by maximizing profitability in compliance with acceptable delinquency targets.
- Conducts and experiments with various segmentation methods in order to improve the accuracy and quality of scorecard segmentation and strategy assignment.
- Conduct Research & Development of new analytic techniques to promote best practices across the region.
- Monitors the performance of all scorecards implemented to ensure that highest standards of quality are maintained
- Automate analytical process using built-in Java tool, VBA, and other scripting languages.
Requirements:
- Major: applied mathematics, statistics, financial engineering, etc.
- Advanced programming skills preferrablely in “VBA”, “Java”, or “SAS”
- Fluent English speaker only;
- Smart, proactive, presentable, sociable, highly self-motivated and quality oriented;
- Good team player.
- Working Duration: June-September, 2008
