公司背景捷富凯-大田物流有限公司是一家中法合资物流公司，我们的控股方捷富凯GEFCO是法国标致雪铁龙公司全资子公司，也是欧洲旗舰汽车物流公司。上海分公司办公地址在长宁区江苏路地铁站附近。业务主要集中在海运、空运、汽车物流等领域。

职位介绍：

Main Responsibilities:

1. （E）Manage all employees’ personal files, keep them as per related standard and procedure, also update the summary information report to supervisor periodically. (C)管理所有员工档案，按照相关规范和程序来保存，同时周期性向主管更新汇总信息报表。

2. （E）Involved in basic salary and benefits operation work in accord with related governmental policies, and also keep alliance with some remarkable market practices.(C)根据相关政府政策，参与基本工资福利操作工作，同时保持与一些优秀的市场做法一致。

（E）Keep good relation with interior customers and be a good communication bridge between employees and employer, meantime always to keep the working standpoint from the employer. (C)维持与内部客户的良好关系，成为员工与公司之间的良好沟通桥梁，同时始终保持雇主方的工作立场。

Requirements:

1. Education: 4-year full-time university senior or postgraduate student, subject in Human Resource, Finance, English, Logistics or International Trade will be a big plus.

2. English: Fluid in English, meanwhile knowledge in French will be a big advantage.

3. Computer skills: Good at the operations on windows and office software(word, excel, powerpoint etc).

4. Experiences: Related internship working experiences in this industry or in this function.

5. Knowledge: Basic knowledge on china labor law, HR operation

system, HR theory, company operation theory, psychics.

6. Characteristics: Strong sense of responsibility. Initiative,patient with excellent customer service skills, time-management skills. Good communication and understanding ability.

Plus: could guarantee at least 3 working days weekly and the letter of recommendation from the university.
