We look for applicants graduating in summer 2009 with a Bachelor or Master degree.
Title of Position: Associate Consultant Intern
Location: Shanghai/Beijing

Program description:
The Associate Consultant Intern program is a half-year internship program designed for students who have strong interests in the management consulting industry.
In the program, you will work on real client case situations and/or client development efforts in a wide variety of industries together with your supervisors. You will have many valuable practice opportunities on basic Consultant skills, such as secondary research, interviewing and basic data analysis, etc. In addition, our well-designed training and professional development sessions will further enrich your learning experience.
Bain has an established practice to recruit Associate Consultants from the intern pool. Interns with excellent performance will be offered early decision interview opportunity for a full-time Associate Consultant position in Sep. / Oct. next year.

Qualifications:
We are looking for high potential candidates with the following qualifications:
• Graduates in summer 2009 with a Bachelor's degree OR a Master's degree
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Keen interest in consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment and work ethics
