Live Expert Session Expert for Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) - Engli

Area
Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) industrializes the knowled
ge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experi
ence-based knowledge.
KPS Production Services is responsible for producing knowledge transfer soluti
ons in close collaboration with KPS Program Management, KPS Design, and KPS De
liver. Our knowledge transfer products span a wide range of media for knowledg
e transfer, including instructor-led training, remote trainings, and e-learnin
g.
Tasks
As a part of the KPS team, you will be responsible for a smooth production flo
w of remote training sessions. You will also cover all aspects of design, deve
lopment and utilization of the media to improve the effectiveness of Knowledge
Transfer solutions.
The wide range of responsibilities includes:
• Hosting of the remote trainings
• Oversee the whole process of hosting remote training sessions
• Editing and making available of recorded remote training sessions
• Liaise with and support the requestors from SAP and vendors to ensure
a good remote training service.
• Continuously help to improve the design, development and use of media
in SAP’s knowledge transfer products.
Requirements
 You have a good university degree, preferably in Media and Graphic De
sign.
 Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
 Strong ability to deliver on time and ensure highest quality.
 Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under t
ight deadlines.
 You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team.
 You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high serv
ice orientation for our customers.
