ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Training events coordination, including student's enrolment, arrangement of training venue and material, participants' accommodation, and other on-site issue resolving.
*Training database recording, updating and analysis. Prepare for report
*Translate article between Chinese and English
*Arrangement of the training related paper work, such as training passes, test files, Certificates
*Prepare Newsletter by month
*File document ( Include hard & soft copy)

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
*Very well organized
*Good computer skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Fluent English skills on Oral and Writing.
*Bachelor degree or above
