Department: Automotive & Drive, Low Voltage Business Unit,
Position: Team assistant
Location: Siemens(China), Beijing

Main responsibilities:
- Support service coordination, governance, including application, request and daily issue
- follow up on signature approval process for expense claim, applications and purchasing.
- assist team members to make travel arrangement, including ticket booking and hotel reservations.
- Daily paper work and provide administrative support.
- other works assigned.

Requirements:
- female.
- Strong team spirit with a convincing personality and confident positive manner, detailed-oriented
- Good command of written English, CET-6 is required.
- Good command of PC skills, Excel especially.
- Eager to learn and progress, have good analytical skills
- Good inter-personal and communication skills

Sufficient time:
-Be able to start working around July 20 and could last at least 4 months
-Be able to work at least 4 days a week, 5 days preferred (this is strict requirement, if you don't match the requirement, please do not send your resume, thank you for your help!)
