Manufacturing Engineer/Assistant -上海外高桥
Responsibilities:
_ New product introduction- NPI
_ Participate in new product/process development
_ Achieve high process yields and high product quality
_ Participate to implement and maintain ISP9000 quality system
_ Participate in disposition and control of non-conformance products
_ Initiation of Corrective and Preventive actions
_ Support and respond to customer’s requirements
_ Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures. Also support the product safety and reliability
_ Develop and train his assistant with strong line management skills with good quality concept
_ Design the production layout, work station layout, manufacturing instruction
_ Support company culture
_ Manage spare part system
Qualification:
_ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
_ Has some internship relevant working experience on Electronic product assembly industry environment is preferred
_ Be good at statistical control method in problem solving trouble shooting skills
_ Be an excellent communicator
_ Excellent team player
_ Proficiency in English
