玛氏第二轮笔试答题注意事项:
1、答案时间为50分钟，请大家在规定的时间范围内答完试题；
2、此次给大家的用户名和密码只能登陆一次，所以大家必须找一个稳定的上网环境答题，避免断网。
3、由于第二轮笔试是在线的测试，所以希望大家在2004年12月28日（24之点）将您的测试完成；

Open question:
不同的单位会有不同的Open Questions，但是就近几年的招聘来看，这些问题都主要是考察应聘者的组织，沟通，合作，创新等软技能。比较常见的open question 有：
1） Please state why you are applying for this job?
2） Give an example of a project you have undertaken or an event you have organized. What goals did you set and how did you ensure you achieved them? Describe how your planning and organization contributed to the success. What would you have done different?
3） Describe a time where you had to make an unpopular decision and get others to commit to it? What was the decision and what steps did you take to ‘sell’ your decision? What was the outcome?
4） Please describe your most recent experience of working with and/or leading a team. What were the project and your role? What objectives did you set and how did you ensure all the team members worked to achieve them?
5） Describe a time when you saw a problem differently than others. What was you solution and how did you arrive at it? What did this experience tell you about your ability to be innovative?

Mars开放式问题
1. Please give an example of a time when you developed a new or different solution to a problem. Why did you think the problem needed a new solution? How did you develop the new solution? What feedback did you receive on how it is working? Please give your answer in English.
2. Please give an example of a career goal that you set yourself. How did you choose the goal that you were aiming towards? What did you do to achieve the goal? How did you feel about working towards the goal? Please give your answer in English.
3. Sometimes it is difficult to keep the commitments we make to others. Describe a situation where this happened to you. Why was it difficult? How did you decide what to do? What was the impact of this decision? Please give your answer in English.
4. Please describe an occasion when you received some feedback? What was the feedback and what was your reaction? Which book impressed you most and why? Which world leader inspired you most and why?
