(回应robotox)关于UK EY 面试 Assessment Centre P面经验

第一, 过了笔试之后, 大概1-2天就会通知你隔天OR 第三天就去面试,所以准备工作一定要做好. (P.S. 当然如果你实在没有准备好, 可以跟HR的人找个理由把时间往后推一下.) 放心她们一定会给你往后推的, 然后会再打电话给你安排时间的. 不会说就不打了的.

至于面试: 分为一面, assessment centre P面

一面: (HR Manager, Department Manager or Director);
这个面试的时间一般在30mins – 45mins.主要的问题是根据你的简历,和EY的standard questions来问的. 很好准备. 以下的问题不代表全部!!!!! (切记)
1. Why u have chosen this company
2. Why u have chosen your university
3. Why u have chosen your course
4. What did u enjoy about your course?
5. If you could have changed your course in any way, what would it be?
6. Talk about a group project u ve been involved in.
7. What skills have u gained at university
8. How would a friend describe you?
9. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
10. An example when u motivated others
11. An example that u have to develop relationship with others.
12. An example that u have done differently from others.
13. Compare EY with other big 4
14. What opportunities and risks do you see to EY in the future?
15. What do you see audit?
16. What you think you suitable to audit?
18. What steps you have take to clear your career choice?
19. What is your future career path in this industry?
20. Why you come to study in UK and why you would like to choose working in here?
21. Will you come back china?
22. What are the most challenges to you up to day: - live; -study
面试的经理会在你回答的时候一边记录你的答案, 当然以上的问题不会全部问到.
然后如果你顺利通过一面, 3天之内你会被通知时间assessment centre.

Assessment centre 是比较难的. 因为它包含了report writing, group discussion and partner interview.
