Collaborate with top-notch universities to develop the next-generation leaders in Motorola Mobile Devices Go-to-market Team. Build up a talent pool for leadership succession plan in Motorola. Motorola will provide intensive professional training program and job rotation opportunities to the selected fresh-out candidates with the target to build up their capabilities in sales and marketing function and lay a solid foundation for their outstanding performance in future assignment. The success of the program will lay a good foundation for the future collaboration between Motorola and the university in similar career development programs for fresh-out. Support from university leaders is of critical importance to the success of the program in program communication to the target audiences, candidate selection and referral. Set up role models for university students by developing the selected candidates. |
