We will c hallenge you with real business problems and cases of our engineers and busine ss managers. We give you the chance to talk with people of our managing board, senior management, and young employees, working all over the world. After the China Talent Match, about 10 Chinese top-talents will start their ca reers in one of the DSM operations in China, supporting our ambitious growth s trategy in China. After a period of approximately 1 year, you will work for 6 months in a DSM business group in Europe. During that period, you will be in c ontact with the latest technology used by DSM in areas like process engineerin g or material science, or you will be part of the Marketing and Sales organiza tion, learning about our business models and customers.
